Brother Don Etnier founded the Bethel Church in Decatur, Illinois and helped institute a second Bethel Church in Decatur under the pastorship of Rev Don Horath. He was instrumental in establishing the Bethel Youth Camp and tirelessly worked to help builld its structures and run the program.
